Ali Karakhan
Ali Karakhan is a PhD student in the School of Civil and Construction Engr. at Oregon State University. He worked as a faculty member at University of Baghdad in 2012-13 before joining Oregon State University to continue his doctoral studies. His area of research interest includes: Construction site safety, social sustainability, lean construction, Prevention through Design, quality management, decision-making, and Six Sigma. In terms of lean, he is interested in researching the connection between lean thinking and safety management.
