Jake Snyder
Jake is a design engineer at BSA LifeStructures and is one of the firm’s staunchest advocates for Lean implementation on design projects. Jake has also been an office leader in the firm’s own adoption of Lean principles. A Lean Healthcare Yellow Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt, Jake has already created measurable improvement using Lean methods on projects with an integrated contract, IPD, and traditionally contracted projects. Jake brings a fresh perspective to mechanical design and has expertise in the design of healthcare, higher education and research facilities.

When I was a kid, I used to want to win at all costs. This is what my father taught me. They don’t keep score for nothing was the mentality.
