Our software platform supports web, tablets, and mobile devices. Updates to the project are synced to all users in your network and on all devices in real-time.
We are former graduate students from UC Berkeley having both earned our masters in civil engineering. During our studies, we were introduced to the concepts of the Last Planner® System by Professor Glenn Ballard (its inventor).
Since then we have conducted research in Lean Construction and have applied the Last Planner® on several construction projects in the United States and in Norway. Our goal with My Work Plan is to make this project management tool acessible to a wider audience around the world.
