Henry Nutt III

After more than 12 years as the Sheet Metal General Superintendent at Southland Industries, and 32 years as a Union Sheet Metal Worker with Local 104, Henry brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his current position as Preconstruction Executive. His extensive background of managing over 200 Sheet Metal Workers on various projects throughout Northern California, building relationships with key clients and owners, and becoming one of the primary Lean Leaders in the company, Henry has proven he is ready to embrace this new role with effectiveness, humility and a genuine can-do attitude.

Henry currently sits on the Board of Directors for Lean Construction Institute, (LCI) the Lean Steering Committee, and current Chair for the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee for the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). He is also a recipient of the distinguished Pioneer’s Award for LCI (2018) and is an approved instructor.
