Bill Stevens

Bill has been on his Lean journey since 2009. He has completed 2 major ILPD projects utilizing Lean philosophies and processes. His journey includes collaborating with Howard Ashcraft and Dick Bayer. Bill is a principal founder and champion of Robins & Morton’s Building Forward® approach. His speaking experience includes presentations at LCI Congress, SMPS National Build Business Conference, ASHE National Conference, local LCI CoP, and University Construction classes.
