Joe Donarumo

Joe is recognized as an industry leader with respect to field work processes and creating high performing teams. His speaking experience includes presentations at the previous four LCI Congresses in addition to multiple national and state level AGC, LCI, and other events covering industry and Lean-related topics. Joe currently serves LCI as a Board member and has previously served as the 2019 LCI Congress Chair, and local DFW CoP Chair. He is the co-author of The Lean Builder: A Builder’s Guide to Applying Lean Tools in the Field, which delivers the benefits of Lean in a highly-relatable, immediately-applicable, and field-friendly manner.
