Fabien is the pioneer of the Lean construction in France, with more the 1000 Lean construction implementation all over the world. He’s the author of « Le Lean construction », a French book. He started his career in industrial production at L’Oréal. In 2007 he created IMMA, a consultancy and training firm, and has since been the pioneer in France in the adaptation and implementation of Lean Management in the construction sector. Since 2018, Fabien is the current founder and CEO of Teamoty, a collaborative scheduling and logistic platform.
