Jennifer Lacy

As a member of the Core Leadership Team, Jennifer is the leader for Robins & Morton’s Building Forward® approach that focuses on collaboration, continuous improvement, creating a learning culture and leadership development. Her passion is to embrace every interaction as an opportunity to inspire and improve. Along with her day job, she is also involved with NAMC DFW, NAWIC, LCI DFW CoP and LCI National as an Approved Instructor. Her speaking experience includes presentations at LCI Congress, SMPS National Build Business Conference, ASHE National Conference, local LCI CoP, and TEXO events.
