About Webinar

Our experience with Lean Construction and the Last Planner System in Multi-Family Construction has shown me that regardless of a contractor's sophistication, communication and workflow are the keys to success.

With projects that have delivery requirements based on tax credits and investor commitments, delays can cause the entire funding structure to be jeopardized. That's why at Weaver Cooke, we've incorporated Lean methodology and the LPS into our project delivery process. By providing a clear runway for our trade contractors, we ensure that everyone can complete their work efficiently and get paid on time. Our project managers, wake up every day committed to giving our contractors the best possible experience on our projects.
