About the Program:

The goal of the Lean Hyper Scale Program is to help a lean champion to transform an entire company using high quality content and highly leveraged techniques. This program helps lean champions automate training by making all of the webinars and conference recordings available to the people that need the knowledge. This program is designed to overcome the two leading causes of lean failures: 1) lean champion burn out and 2) changes in upper management. Through scale and leverage you can train your entire organization at the same time which allows lean to grow organically and become the majority and not the minority of your company.

Our corporate partners will receive complimentary tickets to our bi-annual virtual conferences and access to all the past conferences and webinar recordings (over 180 hours of the highest quality lean training material on the market). Additional membership benefits includes lean field trip and quarterly calls with your lean champions to ensure that you are successful with your Hyper Scale Program.
