I am a Carpenter by trade with a love for applying my craft. I joined the construction industry in 1999, and currently serve as a Senior Superintendent and Field Excellence Leader at O'Shea Builders. I am responsible for growth and development with a passion for delivering exceptional construction experiences. With an emphasis on Lean implementation, elevating field teams, and continuous improvement, I have the opportunity to champion the O'Shea Production System.
