Cynthia Tsao

Since 1997, Cynthia has worked on multi-project engagements with US and international design and construction firms and personally coached over 100 field superintendents / site managers. She regularly coaches projects with a combined value over $1 billion. Cynthia is an avid collaborator and mentor of peers in academia and practice to help the AEC industry leverage Lean Project Delivery to dramatically improve project outcomes and thus, better serve society. She has organized, facilitated, and presented at over 50 international trade association and university events.
