Fergus Nugent
Fergus Nugent is an Associate Director for Project Management at Ardmac, a leading specialist construction company. Fergus has significant experience in the construction industry and joined Ardmac as an Architectural Technologist in 2011 focusing primarily on the pharmaceutical sector before becoming Technical Manager for three years where he worked on the implementation of Lean technologies such as BIM & Field Management Software across the business. In his current role Fergus is working on multiple Data Center & Electric Vehicle Battery Manufacturing projects across the UK and Europe.

We were first introduced to Lean in 2015 when one of our pharma customers asked us to use Last Planner (LPS) on a project in Cork. We were open to learning and we found the entire project team embraced LPS.
