Marcus Sterzi is the CEO and Principal Lean Consultant at LD Consulting, bringing over 25 years of comprehensive experience in real estate development, design, planning, and execution of complex construction projects. As a Civil Engineer with a Master's degree in Construction Management from NORIE/UFRGS, Sterzi has established himself as a leading authority in Lean Construction methodologies across South America. In addition to his consulting work, Sterzi serves as a Postgraduate Professor in Civil Engineering and Architecture programs, where he teaches Construction Management, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Innovation, and Lean Construction principles. Through his academic involvement, he continues to shape the next generation of construction professionals while advancing industry best practices.
