Paula Giudicelli
AWP director at Alvarez & Marsal, Ms. Giudicelli has more than 24 years of capital projects experience, in sectors such as oil & gas, infrastructure, energy and manufacturing. She developed and implemented management methodologies for large projects, assessing the company management maturity and selecting the best practices for continuous improvement, as well as developing plans, training the client's team, and deploying KPI based management systems. Ms. Giudicelli is currently pursuing a DBA (Doctorate in Business Administration) at University of Bordeaux.
