Janosch Dlouhy
Since 2013 Janosch Dlouhy has been driving the implementation of Lean Construction, Lean Design and Lean Equipment in the Construction Department of the BMW Group. In the German Lean Construction Institute (GLCI) he is responsible for the group based in Munich. He is finishing his doctoral thesis at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) with the topic Takt Planning and Take Control. His master thesis set foundations in Takt Planning and Take Control and was honoured with the AGI Price in Aachen. With Marco Binninger he is the founder of the software start-up TAKT.ing – a Taktplanning Software that supports Takt Projects for free.
