Presenter
Alonso Vargas is passionate about making construction scalable and sustainable. He works at the intersection of industrialized construction, lean thinking, and sustainability. With experience across field operations, academia, and technical consulting, he has led Lean efforts in startups, infrastructure, and data center projects in the U.S. and LATAM. Alonso holds a Master’s from Stanford in Sustainable Design and Construction and a Civil Engineering degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey. He is also a LEED Green Associate and former lecturer in construction efficiency and digitalization.
