About Webinar

As contractors seek to attract new candidates to the construction industry, it is imperative that leadership understands their full roles in creating a culture that is psychologically safe, welcoming and empowering for all. This is not a path generally taken, and old school leaders need to to learn this, or we will continue to support the idea that construction is only for tough guys.

I will walk through my book, Seven Principles: Creating Your Own Success in the Construction Industry, emphasizing how we meet potential candidates where they are, while simultaneously holding true to our company core values and processes.
